While we were excited about the purchase of our first home, we had heard the horror stories about the current competition in the Denver real estate market and knew that we would truly need a champion to not only get us a home, but help us do so without unnecessary compromise. Then we found Seth. He listened to our wants and needs, gave knowledgable and sound advice, assuaged our fears, and even steered us clear of "beautiful" houses that had fundamental flaws we would never have been aware of without his expertise and gently guiding hand.
